Viktor Gyokeres moved to Arsenal after leaving Sporting during the offseason

Gunners striker the Swedish attacker has been omitted in the new manager's maiden Sweden squad, whereas Reds striker Alexander Isak secured inclusion

Gyokeres is scheduled to undergo further medical tests in the coming days amid concerns he suffered a thigh issue in Arsenal's English top flight triumph at the Clarets on Saturday

The 27-year-old was absent from Arsenal' European victory against Slavia Prague on Tuesday

Alexander Isak Back in Action

Isak, who hasn't featured from late October because of a groin injury, has been chosen to play in World Cup qualifying fixtures versus the Swiss team (15 November) plus the Slovenian side (November 18th)

Sweden are currently last place in Group B having just one point in four matches

Should they don't manage to finish second, they may yet be involved in the secondary qualification because of their performance in the most recent Nations League
